In the previous years, I've been travelling amongst countries such as Finland, Canada, Ireland and Portugal, France, Spain and Denmark for studying and working, therefore I have a broad international experience in different contexts and a special curiosity for the new and what I don't know. I am flexible, open-minded, curious and entrepreneurial. I am passionate about the world of Retail since I was born and raised in my family's shop and I have a special passion for food, restaurants and cuisine. I have always been fascinated by innovation and technology that disrupts, and lately I am deep diving my experience in the digital area, helping the business drive the digital transformation and change management.

Recruited amongst 1250 Italian students to participate in an event organised by BCG Italy in May 2016 in occasion of its 30th anniversary. The 3-day-event aimed at promoting talent and leadership; it included talks from important CEOs and group work with other students and BCG's consultants. Later, The Future Makers association was founded, an Italian Future Leaders Association which aims at finding the best Italian talents, in partnership with BCG Italy, and grow them up. The Future Makers Association is run by a team of students and corporate executives. Curently, we are working on our first research, which is on the development of AI.

Arla is a farmer-owned dairy company, ranked 4th worldwide for dairy products and 1st for organic dairy products. I am currently working with the Foodservice global division and working with the team for the development of the Foodservice channels across key markets. Main tasks: - Data collection and research, reporting key insights, monitoring QSR activity - Supporting team to co-ordinate key actions and new product development process Worked on an innovation project with a group of interns on the development of a new business model for Arla directed to Millennials.
