I am responsible for the following activities: - monthly Net Demand Planning cycle for Italian Commercial Companies, based on sales forecasts and the inventory on hands - Creation and sending to all suppliers of monthly rolling Purchase Forecasts - Monitoring the stock level of coverage especially of critical products that could cause stockouts - Review on a regular basis the Stock Policy and the MRP parameters (MOQ, Lead time, etc) - Management and handling of monthly Demand Review Meeting (DRM), according to the S&OP procedures, and review of relevant KPIs (FCA, MOC, etc) on a regular basis; - Performance and reliability Monitoring of CMOs supplying the Product Portfolio, using the existing platforms in collaboration with Global Demand and Global Supply Departments - Collaborate with the Master Data department for the creation and update of the Master Data - Contribute to drafting and revision of Corporate GMP documentation related to the Supply Chain processes. (SOP, WI etc.) - Build and reinforce the partnership with Production Sites and CMOs in order to improve the Demand Planning processes and their effectiveness - Contribute to building and testing new KPIs for Demand Planning performance improvement and measurement - Analysis and consolidation of tactical actions to avoid stockouts and lost sales in the Italian markets in collaboration with Global Demand Planning Dept. (e.g. safety stocks updates, anticipated production campaigns agreed with Production Sites,...) - Management and improvement of relationship with Commercial Companies Marketing Managers in order to be fully aligned on products history, strategies, criticalities and improvement actions to assure the market needs are fully fulfilled.

- Transfer of the "Operational Process Excellence” methodologies to project client stakeholders relatively to optimization and efficiency increase of Deviations, Change Controls and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) management processes at two major multinational Pharmaceutical companies. In particular, the project foresees the diagnosis of the AS IS processes through Client documentation analysis, Interviews and Workshops with key Client stakeholders; the design of a TO BE model leveraging outputs of diagnosis and highlighting levers of improvements; recommendations and inputs supply based on Altran best practices and methodologies, together with an Implementation Roadmap. - Drafting of commercial proposals and strategic activities for business development - Preparation of project deliverables, workshops and analysis of data - Continuous support to customers regarding their business needs - Project management and team leading for Projects belonging to “Operational Process Excellence” stream and Point of Contact for Italian Satellite of World Class Center methodologies based in France.

In particular, after an assessment phase of the current layout of chemistry and microbiology laboratories, alternative layouts have been analyzed and simulated in an optic of optimization of space and working activities in compliance with customer requirements and ergonomic - safety requirements.
