Site manager for the Covid 19 test site at Geneva Airport where up to 50 patients could be tested simultaneously. We operated between 4am to 9pm in order to supply test results for passengers ahead of flights. The test site was also open to symptomatic patients and a team of doctors and nurses were on site at all times. Responsibility for all on site operations from arrival of passengers/ patients, check-in, testing, billing and results attestations. Ordering of medical supplies and ppe. Responsible for a very diverse team of security staff, dispatchers, administration, nurses and doctors. It was a wonderful experience with a wonderful team.
