Responsibility for all on site operations from arrival of passengers/ patients, check-in, testing, billing and results attestations. Ordering of medical supplies and ppe. Responsible for a very diverse team of security staff, dispatchers, administration, nurses and doctors. It was a wonderful experience with a wonderful team.
