CPS230’s objective was to strengthen operational resilience and risk management in line with APRA’s Prudential Standard CPS 230. The Transformation Office drives organisational simplicity, speed, and connectivity. As Lead Business Analyst/Scrum Master in the Automation and AI team, I led the transition of major system initiatives for Insurance and Underwriting into fully documented business cases, underpinned by clear requirements, effective design, and accurate costing.
