Welcome to visit my profile. I am a postgraduate student at the University of Hong Kong, pursuing a master degree in Global Management. And I just finished my undergraduate study in the University of Manchester. Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong understanding of cross-cultural organizational management, particularly in digital marketing, human resource management, and event management. As a native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English and intermediate Cantonese, I can effectively communicate with diverse audiences. In terms of professional experience, I mainly interned as an administrative and human resources management assistant at the field of engineering, where I applied my theoretical knowledge to organize events and manage human resources through digital systems. These roles equipped me with strong skills in event management and human resources, utilizing data-driven analysis. Additionally, I served as a Front Office Manager Assistant at the Macau Roosevelt Hotel, where I gained valuable experience in delivering high-quality customer service, managing customer relationships, and understanding hotel operations. Beyond these internships, I have managed a public social media account for two years, providing study tips for IGCSE and A-Level courses. This experience has sharpened my skills in digital marketing, social media management, and team coordination. I leveraged this expertise in my volunteer work at the British Heart Foundation charity shop for twelve months. As I continue to expand my skill set, I am open to career opportunities in event management and human resource management.
