To administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to:- • Recruitment; • Resignation; • Disciplinary matters; • Employee engagements; • Training and developments; • Monthly HR Reports.
1. To manage the overall recruitment process to ensure continuity supply of quality candidates; to meet changing business needs and requirements. 2. Develop and execute appropriate/effective resourcing strategies to support business needs. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers on selections of candidates according to role requirements. 4. Utilize cost effective recruitment methods/channels to source and provide quality candidate pool. 4. Ensure end to end hiring operations and governance processes are managed within the turnaround time. 5. Collaborate with HRBP on headcounts confirmation/hiring requirements to meet business needs and proposing suitable salary packages to attract talent pool. 6. Collaborate with team members to execute additional tasks assigned based on priority from time to time. 7. Closing of vacancies as per timeline (TAT) and quality standards. 8. Engagement with stakeholders.
1. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g: Linkedin) , database and recruitment platform (51jobs and Zhaopin) 2. Supported Malaysia and China recruitment project. 3. Involved in mass hiring of 110 hires a month. 4. Sourced, screened, and phone-interviewed potential candidates.
1. Consistently perform CV search for Junior & Senior positions opening. 2. Full execution of recruitment process not limited to job posting, shortlisted candidates, interviewing, communicate with candidates & hiring manager) 3. Manage job advertisement standards in job portals accordingly. 4. Establish recruiting requirements and meeting with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs. 5. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g: Linkedin) & database.
1. Involve in recruitment project as and when required. Ex: Sabah recruitment, Penang recruitment & Klang Valley recruitment. 2. Consistently perform CV search for Junior & Senior positions opening. 3. Full execution of recruitment process not limited to job posting, shortlisted candidates, interviewing, communicate with candidates & manager and recruitment administrative tasks). 4. Manage job advertisement standards in job portals accordingly. 5. Establish recruiting requirements and meeting with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs. 6. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events. 7. Keeping track of employee confirmation, performance appraisals (KRA’s) and employee termination. 8. Support in other HR activities as and when required.
