At the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education( Sha Tin), where I am completing my year of Community Servicer Planning and Navigation, I have learnt How to effectively do a group activity for the elderly, you can do it well when you do the activity before. Also, I learned a lot about reporting skills, but sometimes we all encounter some difficulties, such as having some arguments with the same group members, what would you do if you had an argument with the group members, etc.? I have been doing a research about it.
