My key responsibilities include: • Account management & identify new opportunities w.r.t assigned accounts . • Client Relationship & Networking. • Strategic campaign outlining our services portfolio for Middle East region. • Direct reporting to Senior Director Sales EMEA & Senior Vice President EMEA -Sales. • Understanding qualification criteria; qualify each opportunity and produce qualified leads with sufficient information about them based on Budget, Authority & Need and Timeline. • Record all Qualified Account Activities in Sales force. • Gathering IT Infrastructure Landscape Intelligence / competitor’s Intelligence. • Closely monitor the entire leading OEM technology vendor’s product life cycle and present it to the management team for proactive approach towards prospects / clients. • Understand the IT Outsourcing market trends across Middle East Region (Enterprise by consistently accessing analyst reports and webinars . • Market research involved the effective usage of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, business directories like Jigsaw, Hoovers, DiscoverOrg, Zoom Info, OneSource. • Extensive usage of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and also worked on Salesforce CRM. • Had to involve in utilizing a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and proposed a research design to fit each client’s unique needs. • Research in the market and identifying the current prospective and engage them with the company’s product and services.
