• Create and populate aircraft work orders based on customer requirements within the Computerized Maintenance Program. • Prepare and audit work packages for hangar production. • Coordinate with procurement to ensure required materials for compliance of items are available when and where needed. • Track completion of projects and communicate with customers to ensure work scope and timelines are within expectation. • Ensure maintenance requirements meet their regulatory limits • Coordinate with the operation’s group to maximize ground time opportunities for maintenance requirements and minimize operational disruptions • Communicate downtime requirements for each aircraft assigned, advise other stakeholders, resolve scheduling issues and develop agreements • Demonstrates an understanding of safety issues and actively support the SMS program
