Duties include responsible for Target achievements handling a team of 25+ sales and Brand Ambassador’s, Develop and execute sales strategies, monitoring sales of assigned categories, enhancing the competition and improving the business operation. Assigning brand-wise targets to each team member as per the company’s monthly set standards and KPI’s Taking care of the monthly ATV, IPT and incentive pay outs and other brands incentives. New products launch setup and executions in watches, sunglasses & perfume categories
Handling a team of 12 individuals to run and manage the watches sales operations in Duty free Ensuring excellent customer service & handling customer queries Managing Brand Ambassador Agenda such as BA incentives, training calendar, performance review. Training of new and old staff on new products launch and cross category sales
