Located in the Beachwood, Ohio Maxim Homecare places home health aides and skilled nurses in homes in the Eastern Cuyahoga and Southern Geauga counties. We provide the following services: CNA STNA LPN, RN (Skilled Nursing) We also operate one of the biggest wellness and flu programs within the company. Specific Responsibilites: *Locate healthcare professionals through various sources including the internet, referrals, nursing schools, direct mail and job fairs *Facilitate the hiring process which includes interviewing and placing qualified nurses and aids into homecare *Consult with clients to identify and understand the needs of the patients and to provide appropriate staffing solutions *Perform office operational tasks such as analyzing financial reports and processing weekly payroll *Assist the Accounts Manager with daily operations and business sales and develpmental efforts
