I'm a full time dually licensed LADC and LPCC Outpatient Mental Health therapist at Nystrom and Associates. In addition, I'm a certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist as well as a certified therapy dog handler through Alliance of Therapy Dogs. I am a graduate from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies in their dual-licensure program, LADC and LPCC. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in December of 2019 with a BA in Psychology and double minor in Sociology and Chemical Dependency Counseling. I previously worked at RADIAS Health as a Mental Health Counselor working with adults with SPMI. I also used to work at PrairieCare Residential with adolescents diagnosed with behavioral disorders and high SI/SIB risk. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ youth and integrated EBP to best help, serve, and treat co-occurring disorders.
Completed a 400 hour internship at HBF Plymouth location, working in a residential setting with adolescents and young adults seeking addiction treatment, in addition to being diagnosed with co-occurring disorders.
