Singapore, Singapore
Problem solving and the notion of “how do we get better at being better?” has always anchored my approach to life, and work. I’m endlessly fascinated by understanding how people think, how systems shape behaviour, and how small, thoughtful improvements can create an outsized impact. That curiosity has shaped how I approach my work – asking the right questions, cutting through the noise, and making sense of complexity to uncover the problems worth solving. Beyond my professional endeavours, I have a keen interest in scalable, technology-driven solutions and the social sector, and I hope to advance both throughout my career. That intersection has led me to a social enterprise I’m currently building, aimed at creating richer, more diverse pathways to employment for youths in Singapore. On the side, I’m a recovering caffeine addict, an amateur chef and avid Ultimate Frisbee player, having represented Singapore since 2022 and winning a silver medal at the Flying Disc's inaugural SEA Games in 2025.
SCOOP Social is a social enterprise supported by the National Youth Council (NYC) and *SCAPE, creating meaningful and diverse pathways to employment for youths. We rethink how young people explore work by connecting them with hands-on workshops, job tasters, industry projects, and real employers. Together with industry and community partners, we create accessible pathways from education to employment through meaningful career exploration, skills development, and real-world work experiences.
