Leads retail talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple High Tide entities, partnering with HR and retail leadership to deliver scalable hiring solutions in a high-volume, multi-province environment. Responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment operations while leading and developing the recruitment team to ensure strong performance, operational efficiency, and a consistent candidate experience.
