Implement career pathing and internal mobility frameworks. -Learning & Development Identify training needs across brands and develop group-level L&D programs. Manage coaching, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives. -HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are consistent and compliant across all entities. Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking and implementation. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution fairly and professionally. HR Systems & Analytics Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS platforms for unified reporting. Analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve people outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches. Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. Conduct screening interviews over the phone. Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts. Required Skills Manage expectations with the hiring managers. Adept at communicating effectively across all levels. Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently. Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work. Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Observe and supervise OD & Talent management Section Tasks & Activities. Coach staff in reaching professional goals. Monitor and Update Company's Structure. Responsible for updating Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions and the correct Grading of jobs. Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions. Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness. Identify performance gaps and determine training needs. Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings Build a strong employer brand - Leading all sourcing strategies design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruiters Managing and delivering reports and data when required Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire.
