A Senior Control systems engineer with Total of 15 years of experience in Seven (07) Oil & Gas , Combined Cycle Power plan projects in different locations like : Algeria, France, Bahrain, South Korea and now in United Arab Emirates -Abu Dhabi. Most of my experience was in FEED, ENGENERING, FAT, SAT, Commissioning and Maintenance of ICS Control systems (DCS, SIS, SCADA) and Cyber security with Yokogawa Corporation and ADNOC. Other than that I hold 03 years of experience in IT, Networking, QC and project Control with KBR-II (Houston -USA). Away from the Technical experience, I hold a very good communication Skills with Client and Subcontractors, also a good attitude of team work, Analytical thinking and coordination.
• Position: ICSS Service Engineer • Company : Yokogawa United Arab Emirates -Abu Dhabi • Location: United Arab Emirates -Abu Dhabi • Customers: ADNOC, SNOC, DEWA and DM. • Duties: - Participate in add-on / expansion service projects during Engineering phase, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning phases as required by customers (ADNOC, DM, SNOC, DEWA and others) - Deliver Yokogawa’s Technical Support Department (TSD) commitments to our customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring process up-time and system performance as per contractual agreement with the customer, as per assignment. - Carry out Preventive and corrective maintenance of the Yokogawa’s portfolio of products, carry out Hardware and software upgrades. - Provide 24 x 7 on call support, as per assignment. - Support any and all the Service department related activities as assigned by Department Management &/or Reporting Manager. - Directs the activities of other on-site Yokogawa personnel in the resolution of system problems and/or the startup and commissioning efforts. - Submits weekly reports to Service management per need, e.g. regarding startup efforts, punch list items, assistance required from management and/or the resolution of system level problems. - Provides a high order of troubleshooting and consultation support to field personnel on complex systems problems within his or her field of specialization. - Provides Sales Representatives with client information regarding the sale of future Yokogawa solutions.
• Position: DCS and ESD Control systems Engineer • Company : Yokogawa Japan & Yokogawa Bahrain • Location: Project Upside North GOSP Unit (Hassi Messaoud – Algeria) • Owner/Contractor: Sonatrach / JGC Japan • Duties: - Site acceptance test SAT and Commissioning of Yokogawa DCS with latest Data base AD suite, Centum VP V.6.7 software and N I/O latest Hardware. - FAT Punch clearing, SAT, Loop Check, Functional test, Commissioning and startup test of SIS (ESD/ Fire & Gas) with Yokogawa PROSAFE RS V.4. - Perform Control system configuration in support of the Applications Engineering team including Regulatory Control, Advanced Regulatory Control, Advanced Process Control, Graphics and Alarm management. - Interpretation of critical documents such as P&ID, shutdown key, Cause and effect Matrix, electrical drawings, datasheets, instrument index, control Narrative.
• Position: Lead DCS Commissioning Engineer • Company : Yokogawa South Korea • Project: Ain Arnat Combined Cycle Power Plant-Algeria • Owner/Contractor: Hyundai Engineering Co (HEC)/Sonalgaz • Duties: - SAT and Commissioning of DCS System with Yokogawa Centum VP V.5 for BOP and HRSG Area. - Provide input to process control network topology and architecture design, specification, configuration, testing, start-up, and system support - Network configuration for Remote access (Remote Desktop). - Configuration and maintenance of layer-2 and Layer-3 networks, Switch and Firewalls (Cisco, Siemens, Yokogawa) - Loop Check (Cold & Hot), Functional test (Logic function), first firing and Turbine Startup Sequence test. - OPC Communication configuration between DCS and T3000 Siemens turbine Control system (Unit Getaway station). - Communications test Modbus TCP/IP with VMS system, Fuel gas supply system, BSDG, H2 plan. - Communications test Modbus RS485 and TCP/IP with subsystems. - Weekly Backup for all projects and tunings. - OPC DA client interface I/O list preparation and DCS configuration in UGS station using MATRIKON interface - SNTP interface configuration in DCS and GPS Master clock synchronization. - System configuration and modification (Alarm management, User Accounts VnetIP/ LAN network, printers sharing, Big screen and HMI setup). - Configuration of plant resource manager “PRM” and check of field instruments issues and troubleshooting. - Graphic and HMI modification asper client request. - Daily report preparation and sending to project manager and Yokogawa office in Seoul –South Korea.
• Position: ICSS Maintenance Engineer • Company : Yokogawa France • Project: CPF Bir Sabaa “BRS” Hassi Messaoud –Algeria- • Owner/Contractor: Group Petro. Thailand-Vietnam, Sonatrach/JGC • Duties: - Logic and Hardware modification asper Client Maintenance of change MOC request. - Maintenance and technical assistance for DCS Yokogawa Centum VP. - Maintenance and technical assistance for SIS Yokogawa ProsafeRS. - Maintenance and technical assistance for PLC Yokogawa Stardom, Siemens Step7, TIA portal and AB RS logicx5000. - Configuration, Trend and reports creation for Yokogawa Exaquntum. - Maintenance of Field instruments (Calibration, trimming ...) and Valve (Stroke test, Open/close limit switch, alarms ...) with Yokogawa PRM. - Networks configuration and maintenance of PARACODA and Fire ware. - Communication test with GE MARK 6 turbine, Bentley Nevada Vibration system in GTG area using Modbus Serial/Ethernet protocol and Hitachi Compressor. - OPC getaway communication setup between BVC station (Bloc valve controllers) and DCS using (Unit getaway station UGS) - Performance Test assistance and Daily Logic, Graphic modification, Hardware troubleshooting and Punch list clearance. - Performing training in Yokogawa France training center for client operators and engineers.
• Position: SCADA Engineer (Commissioning Off site wells & FGS). • Company : Evolutec International/Yokogawa MIDDLE EAST • Project: CPF ELMERK PROJECT-HASSI BERKINE –Algeria- • Owner/Contractor: Sonatrach & Anadarko/Petrofac & ABB • Duties: - Pre-commissioning and Commissioning for 80 wells and 10 Field Gathering stations FGS with Yokogawa Stardom RTU & Fast tool HMI. - Loop check, Functional/Logic test and ARH test for all wells and FGS. - Communication test between Yokogawa systems and Vendors subsystems (Bentley Nevada Temperature & Vibration system, ABB Electrical room, SLB and Weatherford systems) using TCP/IP, Modbus protocols. - Performance test (72Hours) and trips monitoring. - Technical assistance during startup with Client and Contractors. - Logic modification for all 07 wells typical (Water source, Water injection, GI, Gas condensate, Oil production with Dilution Water and Gas lift). - Preparation of SAT sign off procedure and Technical documents
