About

Hello, I'm Cherie! As a Biomedical Science student at Republic Polytechnic, I am an aspiring researcher with a strong interest in infectious diseases. I’m deeply curious about the mechanisms behind disease transmission and treatment, and I hope to contribute to the field through meaningful research. My time in school has been shaped not only by academics but also by my commitment to service. Being an active participant in service-learning projects has shown me the value of empathy, collaboration, and long-term community impact. This passion led me to take on the role of Head of Welfare in RP's Service-Learning Club, where I continue to support and initiate projects that makes a lasting impact on the wider community, beyond the school.
