Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia
With over a decade of experience in renewable energy, I lead Renew Horizon, a consultancy dedicated to supporting Australian renewable energy developers in de-risking early-stage projects. As a PRINCE2-certified project manager, I specialize in site feasibility, constraints analysis, and risk mitigation, with a focus on guiding projects from concept through development. My career spans roles in both the public and private sectors in renewable energy project development (sized 1 - 50MW) and energy efficiency (programs valued up to $220m AUD) in the US, UK and Australia. Committed to enabling the transition to net-zero, I aim to leverage my expertise in sustainable energy to empower developers and ensure successful project outcomes.
I set up Renew Horizon to assist solar and battery storage developers to de-risk early-stage development through rigorous site feasibility analysis.
● Renewed PRINCE2 certification (governance and stage-gate discipline) ● Undertook targeted review of local development pathways, including Community Benefit Agreements, local government approvals and EPBC interface ● Researched Australian grid connection processes, social licence, landholder engagement (biosecurity, grazing and access concerns) and regional stakeholder risk ● Upskilled in AI tools to improve document review and development workflow efficiency
Incite Energy is a boutique clean energy consultancy with offices in Brisbane, Perth and Chile. Upon arrival in Australia, I took up a role as Senior Energy Consultant assisting a variety of clients. ● Provided project management services for clients, including risk and cost management; National Energy Rules interpretation; grid connection and siting advice; governance structure and critical friend advice.
I served as a mentor for more junior women entering or advancing their careers in the renewable energy sector.
