After Wellington, I am trying to focus myself on a full-time academic role within the mainstream curriculum system. Equipped with more knowledge, pedagogical skills, and experience, I am cautiously selecting a place where I can be nourished in terms of my personality and philosophy. I am ready for my next onboarding. Currently, I am still stuck in 'teaching fatigue.' Compared with having political status and social influence, always being a teacher adds little net value to my resume. I am constantly ridiculed due to the lack of institutional protection, and after graduation, students easily forget or delete me, leaving no future connections. That is why I must succeed in my PhD application. Based on my philosophy of enthusiasm, efficiency, and most importantly, revenue, I want to start with the hottest debates in 'AI Education.' Perhaps I will come back to the beginning later if I still wish to teach. A program with a scholarship would work better for me. I know I am not easy to tame, but I will show capacity, admiration, full respect, and loyalty to my leader—someone who leverages cognition over me. I will follow and defense for him or her in the rest of my life. The world-class school's ranking should be within the top 10; otherwise, I won't have the ticket to enter the core circles around me. Based on my previous ECA&CCA experience, I found this position by opportunities where to run the whole school's ECA program, from nursery children to high school level. Unfortunately, I'm not a person good at finance, calculating money with school accountants. So I was on the resignation during my probation.
The place where I systematically learned the mainstream international curricular system, IGCSE, A-level, IB when engaging and adjusting the sequence for school exam, and giving a hand to official big exams. Meanwhile, I was also responsible for school’s evening class program and issuing school announcement, trying to ensure adequate learning support for each class.

My position mainly includes but unlimited to: Organization and class inspection of junior high school students' ECA and CCA and signing of supplier contracts; Coordination of school activities and summer activity briefings; Learning support for individuals; assisting international principals and HOY in managing students who violate discipline, and liaising with parents and schools; Attending high school Entrance Examination affairs and maintain different school systems, etc.
Thanks to cooperations between my family, I obtained a university-based working opportunity. But I can't wait to explore my own way in international school.
