Annual budget planning for Data Centre operations.
Provide expertise and solutions for data centre transactions and support the sales team. Presenting data centre facilities and services to customers. Facilitate data center tour to show customers the data centre facilities and services that Telstra can offer. Work with the engineering team to develop solutions based on customer requirements. Assist in resolving issues that arise in the customer's data centre.
