About

My current work is motivated by a desire to create a cannabis industry that can be driven by conscious business practices. I believe business can be a catalyst to creating change on our planet - and there is certainly urgency! We are in an existential crisis due to climate chaos on our planet. We need to radically shift our extraction mind-set to a regenerative-mindset, and recognize the rising feminine way of being and leading in ALL of us. In my personal journey, I have been called to discover the above values through my projects and devotion to the cannabis plant. It's incredible that the most desired plant and consumer product has been made federally and internationally illegal. I've had direct relationships with people who's lives have been changed by cannabis, and seeing these cannabis users being treated as criminals is incredibly heart-wrenching and a breach of human civil rights. I was personally arrested for my possession of cannabis in Indiana in my youth. The injustices, as well as reverence for plant medicines, have propelled my love affair with the emergent cannabis industry and growing movement of what could be the biggest industrial and health revolution of our time. I am passionate about advocating and affecting policy that will allow us to shape access and equity to this plant in a positive way. I believe in the power of people coming together to achieve something massive because of my background in large-scale media production. I understand the importance of both the micro and macro perspective when creating or growing something - whether that's a new business, work of art or a state of mind. I have studied the impact of carefully crafted products, services and messaging when building a brand, customers base, and value propositions. I believe in the value of strategic business partnerships, and view these collaborations as a foundation to build great things upon. Growth is all about great people. Key Words: Impact, collaboration, business strategist, partnerships, expansion, licensing, distribution, sales, cannabis, team-building, recruiting, stewardship, giving back, community, consult, entrepreneur, collaborate, sustainability, policy.
