I am a career professional with a demonstrated history of working in training, professional services, and, most recently, compensation. In my current role at Salary.com as a Compensation Analyst, I support clients with salary benchmarking and analysis using our aggregated survey data product, CompAnalyst Market Data. Whether it's helping clients navigate compensation challenges and providing clarity on best practices, or working behind the scenes to ensure data quality, I enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights that help organizations make confident, market-informed pay decisions.
