Leads a recruiting team while managing resources and workflow capacity. Partners with HR Business Partners and operational leadership in response to recruitment needs and requirements. Ensures the recruiting team is following standard recruiting processes that will contribute to a diverse pool of quality candidates across salaried recruitment needs. Assists, creates, and executes relevant talent acquisition strategies to achieve the most appropriate sourcing and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent. Partners with HR business partners and field leadership to continually improve plans, programs and processes in order to reduce expenses, increase value, and promote highly effective recruiting support.
Responsible for Talent Acquisition support for NOAM, with projects supporting GA, LATAM, and EAME as assigned. Lead kick off meetings with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs of the organization both proactive and reactive. Partnered with team of recruiters globally, as well as People Services team to drive hiring efforts and meet critical timelines. Utilized internal ATS to create job descriptions, post new positions, generate and maintain candidate profiles, enter appropriate activity, and create reports. Partnered with Regional TA Managers to execute projects, system refreshes and process re-launches. Serve as first point of contact for candidates, which included screening resumes, correspondence, interview scheduling across business units, and follow ups. Managed talent mapping exercises and projects as assigned. Extensive use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
