Chee Ling Pua is an educator and education leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, early childhood education, special education services, and institutional leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse roles—from academic and operational leadership to business growth and organisational development—bringing together education quality, sustainable systems, and meaningful human impact. She is recognised for building and transforming organisations through intentional leadership, practical execution, and a deep commitment to people development. Her experience includes establishing education initiatives from the ground up, strengthening governance and operations, developing high-performing teams, and supporting organisations through periods of growth and change. Alongside institutional leadership, Chee Ling’s work has focused strongly on supporting children with additional support needs and building the capability of the adults around them. Through training, partnerships, and practical implementation, she has worked with families, educators, and leaders to create more inclusive environments where children and communities can thrive. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: meaningful change begins with being intentional in our words and actions—and creating systems that help people become who they are capable of being.

Under her direction, Dika College has formed strategic partnerships with leading universities to offer globally-recognised qualifications and is diversifying the academic programmes offered to expand beyond Early Childhood Education, Special Education and Business to cater to a wider scope of students. The innovative educationist has also pioneered Edupreneur, a unique programme that teaches and trains students on soft skills that will build them up to become leaders. Stemming from her grasp of the fundamentals of life, the programme is also designed to aid students to discover themselves and their passion. In turn, she believes this will lead them to make an an impact in their chosen field and create high impact economies. With her knack for perceiving the needs of students, the education system and society, Chee Ling is able to see the big picture and startegise solutions to meet current demands. Coupled with her excellent people skills, it makes her a natural marketer, an asset that has helped her in the past, to drive up student numbers for a failing academic programme. A student-centric educator, Chee Ling is primarily devoted to producing quality students. Her main focus with Dika College, a higher learning institution specialised in early childhood education and special education is in providing current plus industry relevant education and real world experiences to ensure students are work-ready when they graduate. * Working with the Board of Directors to ensure Dika College continues to grow and be a leader in the field of Education. * Setting and driving the direction for Dika College including values, vision, mission, short and long-term goals. * Ensuring academic quality and organisational stability through development and implementation of policies, procedures and evaluation. * Provide overall management for all Dika College activities to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
