Chee Ling Pua is an educator and education leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, early childhood education, special education services, and institutional leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse roles—from academic and operational leadership to business growth and organisational development—bringing together education quality, sustainable systems, and meaningful human impact. She is recognised for building and transforming organisations through intentional leadership, practical execution, and a deep commitment to people development. Her experience includes establishing education initiatives from the ground up, strengthening governance and operations, developing high-performing teams, and supporting organisations through periods of growth and change. Alongside institutional leadership, Chee Ling’s work has focused strongly on supporting children with additional support needs and building the capability of the adults around them.
