• Supervises software development, implementation and maintenance for 7 agency application and customer portal application of the company. • Focuses IT team on business objectives to ensure that project is completed on time, within budget and as per user’s expectations. • Confirm projects in UAT meet business needs to ensure only the highest quality projects are released • Prepares detailed project plans, schedule, budget and work distribution structure. • Delegates tasks to team members and monitors work progress. • Coordinates with HR department on recruitment of IT members for projects • Coordinate internal IT projects ensuring that implementations are ready as required by client deadlines. • Work closely with vendor ensuring delivery of implementations on time and on scope. • Served as people manager managing the yearly performance rating for direct reporting staff within the delivery project • Mentored team members, provide leadership for technical direction, resolved conflicts and conduct yearly performance review • Act as a liaison between business units, IT departments, and vendors • Preparing and presenting decks and papers for new project initiative, new project progress update and key deliverables update of BAU applications to all relevant stakeholders and senior management team
• Manage software system development and integration projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support. • Leading a team in developing the software web application based on user requirements throughout the whole system development life cycle. • Screening and conduct hiring interview for candidates. Integrate new hires into teams and processes. • Develop and preparing project delivery plan. Pull together team leaders to research and define solution of application. Build and delegate work plans, communicating progress to customer. • Set clear expectations and goals for project teams.
