Recruitment (70%): Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create candidate personas and propose suitable recruitment strategies. Manage the full-cycle process, including sourcing, call screening, offer negotiation, resolving conflicts by implementing effective solutions, onboarding, and exiting. Build and maintain a candidate database and managed employee information using applicant tracking systems like Base, CoffeeHR, Google Drive. Recruitment Marketing (20%): Develop and implement content strategies for company Facebook and LinkedIn pages to enhance the employer brand as an ideal workplace for potential candidates. Conduct candidate and market surveys to gain insights for Recruitment Marketing content. Proactively create diverse, multi-platform content on personal profiles to attract candidates. Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
