I have spent over 20 years in the technology industry observing a recurring problem: large enterprises often sacrifice customer experience in the pursuit of cost reduction. I knew there had to be a way to solve this trade-off, which led me to co-found inGenious AI in 2017. My goal was, and remains, to make the complex simple. We help non-technical business teams take control of their own automation journey, removing the bottlenecks that typically stall enterprise AI projects. Key Deliverables • Bringing a teams of innovative thinkers into PwC's clients to disrupt their current businesses from within to enable a true transformation and growth by leveraging both cloud, digital and traditional IT. • Assist PwC's clients in breaking down their traditional IT and business silos to enable a faster uptake of cloud and digital platforms by both the business and its IT department. Projects and Achievements • Consulting to a large investment bank on their migration into a banking as a service cloud model and how to ensure the migration went painlessly for both client and their advisors. This had to be co-ordinated with IT, their customers and the financial managers to allow for asset migrations to be aligned with the IT migration. They also utilised our digital first strategy that enabled them to become a leader and disruptor amongst their peers. • Consulting into a government agency to write a business case for an overhaul to their entire core IT systems. This included an upgraded and consolidated case management system, a new intelligence capability and a very large organisational change to align the business processes to the new systems. I worked with and managed a team from PwC that consisted of technical, organisational change and policy staff to meet a very challenging timeline for the business case submission. • While consulting on the business case into the above government agency I also ran a new core system PoC with production data and made it operational for 6 weeks at a key site. At the outset the stakeholders all said it would take 18 months to do, I proved they were able to do it a lot quicker and the PoC was running within 8 weeks. This was unheard of for the agency and gave them confidence that IT change can happen quickly. This was so successful that their minister used this PoC as a proof point to secure funding in the budget.
