• Managed a commercial team to support program/project managers to ensure works were delivered within budget. • Fully autonomous project management of In-Building Coverage (IBC) solution projects not falling within any pre-established mobile network operator (MNO) program. • Creating project plans, cost budgets, work packages, schedules as well as monitoring risk, quality and performance. • Managing clients and suppliers and their contracts, including dispute resolution and change request management. • Sourcing new clients, business development and the management of all proposals and bids. • Regular reporting of project financial performance with regards to margins, budgets and EVM variance analysis. Achievements • Each year managed multiple supplier contracts during the very successful delivery of Vodafone’s nationwide IBC roll out of 100+ greenfield and upgrade sites, including high-profile locations such as the Iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, Sydney Westfield Tower and Perth International Airport with some projects priced up to $2million per site. • Full autonomous management of ad-hoc, non MNO DAS projects ($50k-$500k) from inception to close out, utilising and managing designers, RF engineers and either sub-contractors or the company’s in house team for the install. • Responsible for the sharp increase of average project GPM from 14% to 26%, achieved by implementing processes of continuous improvement within cost optimisation, budget development and strategic pricing. • In my last 12 months secured over $2million of new, profitable revenue from effective business development and relationship building along with managing strategic responses and bids of RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s. • Promoted to join the senior management team with active involvement in all companywide decision making.
