Responsible for identifying and solving issues related to the performance of the bank's operations processes. Work involved analysis of vast amounts of data and information with the implementation of changes in processes in coordination with different teams.
Worked on an assignment task to redesign IRCTC app to explore the information structuring and articulation in the presence of dynamic data. Completed User research, Expert evaluation, Heuristic Analysis, User journey Mapping, Planning the design guidelines followed by wire-framing, prototyping, user testing and final visual designs for the primary taskflow of the app.
Worked on the company's pet project idea from scratch. Made personas, User-flows, Journeys, wire-frames and information architecture. Followed the design process to arrive at initial iterations of the the design.
