My career has taken me from the high-stakes world of management consulting at Mars & Co — where I led cross-functional strategy and operational improvement projects for Fortune 100 and 200 clients — to building and scaling teams in fast-growing companies as a Chief of Staff and Operations Manager. Along the way, I discovered my true passion: creating people-first organizations where operational excellence and employee development go hand-in-hand. Today, I’m pivoting deeper into HR, People Operations, and organizational development roles, bringing with me a foundation of analytical rigor, project leadership, hiring and onboarding expertise, employee engagement programming, and a relentless drive to improve how companies grow from the inside out. I’m currently expanding my HR knowledge through HRCI certification to complement my operational and consulting experience.
