Committee Chair and Senior Independent Director with FTSE 250 and private equity board experience. CEO and former COO, trusted by investors to strengthen governance, shape strategy, and deliver results. Strategic, data-driven, and people-focused — I thrive on leading teams, tackling tough issues, and creating longterm value. I’m a Committee Chair, Board Member, and Senior Independent Director with experience across FTSE 250 companies and private equity portfolio businesses. I enjoy working closely with investors, stakeholders, and management teams to drive growth, shape strategy, and ensure governance supports long-term success. Today, I have my own advisory business, working with private equity clients and global partners on projects where I know I can make a difference for investors. Previously, I built a luxury VVIP helicopter company from the ground up, scaling it into a global leader, and as COO, I was part of the executive team that transformed a regional aviation company into the world’s second-largest private aviation group—incl M&A, company integrations, procurement, restructuring, and embedding a culture of service excellence. Earlier in my career, I served as a military pilot and officer for 17 years, flying helicopter Search and Rescue missions. I love leading and working with people, building trust, and bringing out the best in each team. Strategic and data-driven, I like to outthink the competition, take responsibility, and face tough issues head-on—always focused on results, resilience, and long-term value.
