. Establish the 5-year product strategy /road map, develop scenarios and action plans to achieve financial and commercial objectives, identify innovation development needs. . Ensure that all departments are aligned and adhere to a unified and coherent market-driven strategic path. . Propose ca. 40 structured and creative products briefs every year strengthening both design and substance within a portfolio of 5 collections positioned on men / ladies, sport / watchmaking. . Oversee the marketing department in the development of the product’s competitive differentiation, product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies and product life cycle management. . Establish and collect metrics to obtain comprehensive business, client, market, competitive analysis and adapt strategic product decision accordingly. . Participate at the elaboration of 360° marketing campaigns and communication / sales tools to promote in the best way the productplan. . Negotiate several partnerships to strenghten our value proposition.
. Propose an annual 3 years Marketing Plan and Marketing briefs (Industry / Creation) on Capeland, Clifton collections. . Analyze performance indicators (Sell-in/Sell-out, profitability, product life cycle ...). . Contribute to Projects Groups, responsible for developing new products, by guaranteeing quality criteria / cost / time. . Participate to internal/ external products offer presentations (SIHH, W&W, ...). . Manage the product database PIM (Product Information Management). . Follow direct competitors evolutions and markets trends.
. Redesign of the entire lipstick segment, lead new lip / nail product developments (eg : Rouge Coco.) in compliance with strategy and quality standards, lead time and cost control. . Defines and coordinate the complete 360 means of actions for worldwide launches with Medias, Web, Merchandising, PR, Edition, Trade, Training, Samples, Gifts…
. Strategic reflexion and optimisation of conquest and loyalty development programs, management of multichannel campaigns from conception to delivery. . Planning and budget control, campaign performance report.
. Contribution to ~10 Product Development, product family re-packaging and re-positioning. . Competitor and consumer trend analysis : identification of strategic axis for new development, performance report : sharing best marketing practices through a newsletter distributed to all Marketing Country Directors.
