I support Electrolux Benelux by coordinating a large project, where the internal software of our consumer service department is replaced. I connect the local business to our central project managers and our IT-experts. I have the end responsibility for all the local business' responsibilities. I also support Electrolux in prioritising the most impactful changes, by preparing comprehensive business cases.
I facilitate Electrolux' use of a new software, by playing a supportive role in the communication between different departments and by providing training material for key users and end users.
