Consulting project conducted through ESCP Business School, in collaboration with the Kuehne Climate Center, focused on the next generation of maritime refrigerated containers (reefers): - Research and analysis of emerging innovation pathways across key areas including digitalisation, power and energy systems, insulation and materials, controlled atmosphere technologies, and reefer box design - Assessment of solutions in terms of maturity, scalability, costs, risks, and potential performance gains (energy use, emissions, durability, operational efficiency) - System-level evaluation of whether individual and combined innovations can deliver a step change in reefer performance - Development of strategic recommendations for the Kuehne Climate Center to help accelerate the development and deployment of the most promising solutions
The Sustainable Lifestyles Venture (SLV) is a year-long entrepreneurship project developed by ESCP Business School in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). It challenges students to design and launch sustainable, profit-generating ventures that drive behavior change across priority lifestyle domains identified by UNEP. The program combines real-world ethnographic research, business model innovation, and direct mentorship from UNEP experts.
