In my role as Head of People & Culture I'm overseeing all strategic and operational People topics including Talent Acquisition. I collaborate closely with C-level to align org design, headcount plans, and People OKRs with business strategy, while coaching the leadership team to strengthen management capability and drive engagement. My Milestones: > Built the People & Culture function from the ground up, covering People Ops, Talent, and Leadership enablement > Scaled hiring with 30+ high-impact hires across tech and business through structured and process-optimized recruiting > Designing and implementing performance & reward frameworks, to achieve fair and consistent decision-making > Leading and developed the People Team, establishing rituals, performance KPIs, and growth paths for stronger delivery
After six months I was promoted to lead a growing People team through a phase of cultural development and organizational growth. I built structure around People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership enablement โ introducing engagement initiatives, performance management activities and acted as go-to person for payroll, labor law matters, and conflict resolution.
I joined during early scale-up phase to professionalize HR foundations. I developed key initiatives such as a global onboarding framework and feedback loops. I standardized payroll processes, and aligned recruiting activities to increase the hiring quality. I partnered directly with founders and senior leaders to ensure our People strategy could scale with headcount growth.

TA Manager for PayFit Deutschland Ownership of the Recruiting for our Product and Customer Success-Team with the following tasks: > Review of all applications > Correspondence with candidates > Organisation and coordination of all interviews > Interviewing candidates (via telephone, video calls and in person) > First point of contact for the recruiting agencies and recruiting service provider > Active Sourcing and initial contact with potential candidates > Improving and further developing recruitment processes > Preparation of employment contracts

After two months working as intern I continued as working student. My main tasks included oragnization and realization of Assessment Centers (AC). Furthermore, I was supporting the recruiting and communication process of applicants and of participants of ACs.
