Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the marketing plan to support sales revenue increase in region • Supervising and organizing Field events that we participate in and tradeshows. • Managing marketing & media agencies based on requirements and deliverables • Accountable for generating leads to achieve agreed pipeline targets • Supporting sales & identifying target markets and accounts to focus our account based marketing • Utilizing my executive contacts & database to support sales with client meetings via direct engagement & marketing activities • Develop Brand Awareness activities including local media, analyst and consultant relationships • Working with Channel Partners & Distributors on all marketing initiatives & execution • Engaging with BDR's to ensure proper dialogs as well as supporting promotional preparations with the BDR team • Pushing colleagues to play as part of a united Team

• Identifying target markets, and within them target clients through to initiating contact identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders. • Understanding of the sales lifecycle for this product set and manage clients through the pipeline. • Deal closing and negotiation skills through commercial negotiation and legal contract negotiation. • Delivery of accurate forecasts and reports as required by management • Managing the end to end sales process is a requirement. Organization, time management, and attention to detail will be critical to deliver success. • Understanding how many prospects need to be generated to deliver against the targets and maximizing the conversion rate through the sales process • Generating new leads by making cold calls, calling on inactive accounts, and maintaining an awareness of new businesses opening in the area • Understanding the clients’ advertising needs, and develop the ideal marketing solution for them • Delivering customized sales presentations in person, or by phone/web-demos • Attending weekly sales meetings as required • Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving your individual monthly sales quota
