Hybrid position for DS Smith French activities (approx. 1 B€) : - Head of Commercial Operations including pricing strategy & margin improvement - Key Account Sales Manager
CoS to the General Manager France (approx. 1 B€ turn./ 4000 employees) and strategic project manager (strategic planning, business turnaround, M&A, profitability improvement)
- Main projects: Strategic plan, industrial scale-up, industrial turnaround (incl. operations efficiency and product redesign), digital & Industry 4.0 roadmap, digital due diligence - Industry focus: Wind turbine, Railway, High voltage equipment, Cables, Insulation, etc.
- In parallel of my day to day job, my partner and myself built an end to end solution to monitor oil & gas well performance using IoT (LoRaWAN technology) - I led the technical conception, technological partnerships as well as business model definition
Fromer EY strategy (now EY-Parthenon) - Main projects: strategic plan, portfolio screening, target operating model, industrial investment, operations improvement - Industry focus: Mining, Oil&Gas, Food, Cosmetic - Projects in France, Democratic Republic of Congo and Poland
Manage and monitor upstream supply chain (from sourcing to manufacturing) for customized and fast track projects (20m€ revenue/year)
Contribute to the catalog product improvement regarding the Quality, Cost & Delivery
