Leading a cross functional team to deliver high business benefit solutions to Comms and Media customers in the UK and Nordics, including Vodafone, EE, O2, BSkyB, Elisa, Ericsson, TalkTalk, Warner Bros and Disney, Overseen Pega's rapid expansion in to the Comms and Media vertical by delivering strategic applications that have reduced cost or increased revenue to the business whilst enhancing customer service. Providing applications configured to allow business to differentiate and innovate using unified digital marketing, marketing analytics, process and case to enhance the customers lifetime value whilst at the same time increasing customer satisfaction.
