I’m a Delivery Manager with 10+ years’ experience leading digital and technology change in complex, regulated environments. I’m people-focused and at my best when bringing structure to messy delivery challenges. Most of my career has been in large-scale software and technology delivery, working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments. I’ve operated as both a hands-on Scrum Master and a Project Manager, leading portfolios of 100+ initiatives, with delivery accountability across c.60 people and coordination across distributed teams and suppliers. I improve how teams work so delivery is more predictable, joined-up and effective. I build realistic plans, manage risk and dependencies, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure what goes live *actually works*. I involve users from the start rather than consulting them at the end, I create space for dev teams to focus on building rather than navigating politics, and I’ll always prioritise a confident release over a rushed one.
Planned career break. Completed training in Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, PMI Practical Application of Gen AI for Project Managers, and Anthropic AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations. Kept up to date with delivery practices and industry developments.
