As Head of AI, I determine the strategic direction and governance of AI within Croonwolter&dros. I built the AI organization from scratch and led over 25 pilots, five of which are now fully operational with proven ROI. My background in physics and twenty years in education allow me to simplify complexity without dumbing it down. Head of AI Sep 2025 – Present Responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and value creation of AI across Croonwolter&dros. I work with the management board and the strategic steering group to turn AI into a structural capability rather than a series of pilots. Previously, I advised TBI Holdings on the group-wide AI roadmap. Key achievements: • TBI Innovation Award Winner 2023: Selected from a workforce of 6,000+ employees for the best strategic innovation. • High-Impact AI Solutions: Delivered document intelligence, procurement analysis and asset classification systems, including €150k+ in identified optimization opportunities and 99.7% classification accuracy. • TBI-wide Strategy: Selected for the TBI Holdings AI Strategy Group to validate the AI roadmap for 21 operating companies. • Enterprise AI Capability: Built the internal AI organization from scratch, scaling from a single contributor to a dedicated delivery unit. AI Lead: Founder of the AI Team Apr 2022 – Aug 2025 Built and led the organization’s AI team from the ground up. Delivered AI projects, defined AI strategy, and created internal capability for data, LLMs, governance and innovation. • Set up the AI team, processes and way of working • Delivered AI solutions for internal and external clients (document analysis, computer vision, smart automation) • Drove AI awareness through trainings and talks • Established company-wide AI governance and policy AI Consultant (part-time → fulltime) Apr 2022 – Apr 2023 Started as a consultant for one day a week, advising on AI opportunities and developing early prototypes. As demand and impact grew, I transitioned to a fulltime leadership position as AI Lead.

Led the redesign and implementation of the new curriculum and oversaw daily operations. • Teacher Training: Trained aspiring math teachers and career switchers to translate complex mathematical theory into clear, understandable explanations. • Research: Published research on digital mathematics didactics.
