- Responsible for Loop Checking, Integration Test, Functional Test, Installation of Instruments, Power Distribution Board, Control Panel, Marshalling & DCS System Cabinets and Consoles. Also performs Cause and Effect (C&E) matrix testing, Instrument Calibration and trouble-shooting. With hands-on experienced in Yokogawa DCS. - Engineering design and technical support for Centum/Prosafe Yokogawa systems including, materials selection and procurement. - Support during installation and Factory acceptance Test (FAT), ensuring the engineering and design efforts were completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and costs. Support during installation and Site acceptance Test (SAT), Loop Check, Commissioning and System Start-up. - PLC Programming Allen- Bradley RSLogix.
• Reviewed engineering designs and documents, including equipment technical evaluations, system integration • Designed MCC/PLC panels / test procedures, installation/commissioning procedures • Supported supply chain personnel in ordering electrical materials and prepared equipment specifications • Produced cable schedules, conduit routing and interconnection drawings • Reviewed drawings with subcontractors to make sure all changes are incorporated in drawings • Supported automation team with I/O test and programming
• Assist with the design of cabinet /panel layout drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams/power grounding design and other related control system/Electrical Drawings. • Engineering design and technical support for Centum VP/Prosafe Yokogawa systems including, materials selection and procurement. • Plan and design system architecture, review of P&IDs, preparation and review of IO database/JB list/cable schedule, preparation of Functional Design Specification (FDS) document also, perform power and heat load calculation. • Design of DCS & ESD system / Marshalling Cabinets, internal wiring of cabinets, generation of loop drawings. • Support during installation and Factory acceptance Test (FAT), ensuring the engineering and design efforts were completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and costs. • Able to implement and track design package changes from receive all the way through testing. • Participate in projects from concept to detail design to implementation and testing. • Lead design teams, peer review and redline drawings before submission also Strong working knowledge on P&ID, Instrumentation Design details. • Along with senior lead, maintain database, perform I/O assignment, generate control system specifications and develop system architectures of varied complexity without assistance. • Generate Bill of Materials, order hardware and software also, Assist in the FHATs (Factory Hardware Acceptance Test) with customers, travel to site for SATs (Site acceptance Test)/Commissioning.
