• Maintained statutory records for Group entities using online legal entity system (Blueprint), ensuring all records were up to date and accurate, and relevant filings were made at Companies House in a timely manner. • Administered the Group's all-employee and executive share schemes including: -Supporting share scheme launches, maturities and vestings (Project managed 2017 Sharesave maturity); -Processed option requests; -Investigated and resolved colleague queries; -Drafted and issued stock exchange announcements in compliance with the Listing Rules; and -Tracked and followed up actions from team and supplier meetings. • Supported the delivery of services to shareholders including dividend payments, shareholder enquiries and the AGM, liaising with colleagues and external service providers as required. • Supported the Group’s statutory entities to deliver compliance with their obligations. • Kept up to date with developments in share schemes, company law and governance, and worked with the Cosec team to implement any changes required. • Responded to information requests from across the business and built database of useful statutory and share schemes information. • Assisted with project work including specific Cosec projects, business projects and GCO projects. • As a guest, co-presented a lecture on share schemes to students at the University of Northampton.
