I’m a current law student at Cardiff University, with a strong interest in criminal justice and media law. Through my involvement with the innocence project, I’ve gained hands-on experience in legal research and case review, deepening my understanding of post-conviction law and the impact of wrongful convictions. Alongside my legal studies, I work in hospitality, where I have developed key transferable skills- including problem-solving under pressure, teamwork, and strong communication- all of which I continuously apply in legal environments. I’m particularly drawn to areas of law focusing on fairness, and the balance between public interest and individual rights-especially criminal and media law. I’m particularly interested in gaining further experience within these areas of law and look forward to building legal experience and connecting with professionals with the same passions.
