Conduct and assist with the development/updating of HSE training such as Hazard ID and Risk Assessment, Permit to Work, Lockout/Tagout, Incident Investigation and Analysis, Auditor training, Casual Tree training, New Manager Training, Electronic Management of Change training and ergonomics. Provide ongoing mentoring and training for new HSE Multi-Site Leaders; Provide HSE support for turnarounds and extended outages; Lead and conducted integrated and focus Management System Audits; Assist sites in preparation of Responsible Care Certification. Training new managers on use of HSE systems (LiMSS, Synergi, Master Controls and Audit Manager). Perform role of HSE Multi-Site Leader when required. Provide training throughout North and South America as required. Travel > 80%.
Conduct and assist with the development HSE training; Conduct root cause analysis and lead incident investigations; Provide HSE support for turnarounds and extended outages; conducted compliance audits; facilitate the development of site HSE plans; perform qualitative HSE risk assessment; provide local HSE support to assist operation or business with developing, implementing and sustaining local HSE plans, processes, programs and standards; provide ongoing facilitation and coaching to local management teams on HSE matters. Plan and conduct HSE inspections; Train junior HSE Multi-Site Personnel; Train and assist sites with the handling of regulatory inspections; Provide active leadership and support to implement HSE initiatives and projects. Travel up to 80%. Plan site visits and activities a month in advance to support major activities.
