I'm a product leader with 10+ years building and shipping B2B software across manufacturing, ESG/PCF, public sector, and IoT. I started my career as a developer at BNSF Railway, moved into product at Tyler Technologies, and now lead product at Glassdome, an industrial data and carbon footprint platform based in Seoul. At Glassdome, I own strategy across two product lines and am leading a full platform rebuild, including data ingestion architecture, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows. Before that, I spent years working on highly regulated systems at large U.S. organizations.
- Own product strategy and roadmap across two product lines: production monitoring (OEE) and product carbon footprint (PCF) - Leading a ground-up rebuild of the PCF platform, designing the information architecture, data model, and calculation pipeline from import through ISO 14067-compliant report generation - Defined the five-layer data architecture (Import > Inventory > Product > Study > Report) that connects raw operational data to auditable PCF results - Ship features aligned with ISO 22400 and GHG Protocol/ISO 14067, including OEE reporting, downtime classification, and PCF data collection/sharing - Led the shift from consulting-driven SI delivery to repeatable, configurable product modules by partnering across engineering, design, and consulting - Introduced product analytics and a clearer discovery/delivery process to reduce "build by request" work and make roadmap decisions data-informed
- Owned the Manufacturing Operations Management System (MOMS) / OEE product, focusing on availability tracking, downtime codes, and multi-site reporting for discrete manufacturers - Worked with engineers to translate shift schedules, operator counts, and machine signals into standardized KPIs and reports - Ran backlog and sprint rituals, keeping Korean consulting teams and international engineering aligned on scope and trade-offs - Turned plant-level issues and one-off project requests into product requirements that could be rolled out across customers
- Managed the product portfolio for Pivo's B2C mobile apps, consolidating multiple overlapping apps into a smaller, focused product set to reduce user confusion and maintenance cost - Defined roadmap and pricing for subscription features tied to new tracking modes and content creator workflows - Coordinated across hardware, firmware, and marketing to keep device capabilities, app UX, and go-to-market aligned
- Owned roadmaps for the enterprise air-quality product suite, including web dashboards and device management flows for B2B customers - Led a UI redesign of web device management to support large device fleets and multi-site deployments - Delivered improvements like data export and alerting for air-quality threshold exceedances used by facility operations and compliance teams
- Defined product requirements and roadmap for a fast-moving edtech platform serving schools and content providers across multiple markets - Redesigned content management and permissions to support scalable, multi-tenant deployments - Conducted competitive research and refined product positioning against other learning platforms in key markets
- Led UX redesigns and contributed to roadmap decisions for statewide e-filing systems (Odyssey Guide & File) used by courts and government agencies - Scrum Master for a cross-functional team, translating legal and customer requirements into user stories and backlog priorities - Used customer feedback and usage patterns to prioritize features and reduce friction in critical filing workflows
