SES-GS acquired Global Enterprise Solutions from Leonardo DRS and became SES Space & Defense. o Integrate HRIS systems for both legacy organizations o Standup new HRIS capabilities for systems that did not exist on legacy SES-GS systems using SAP, SuccessFactors, and ADP WFN. o Vendor management for all HRIS software and services o Develop metrics and provide data and analytics for HR & TA to include dashboards, surveys, turnover/attrition, employee interviews, learning and development usage o Conducts audits of HR systems and data o Leverage SalesForce, SharePoint, and SuccessFactors capabilities to support HR goals o Support HR OpEx (process development, administration & maintenance) o Redesigned HR SharePoint and administered HR SharePoint sites o PATH (internal workflow software) form development and maintenance o Proposal Support Lead: respond to data calls, pricing, deployed, program specific, KP sourcing, color reviews, business intelligence, and writing o Liaison with Corporate HRIS team o Compile statistical reports for the department and regulatory agencies (e.g., DCAA, EEO, AAP, internal audit teams, etc.)

• Specially selected for rotational opportunity reporting directly to VP for Joint Program Development on high profile corporate program (>$10B) during pre-award phase • Responsible for tracking all program level 6-month plan activities • Work with functional leads to develop and refine plans for their areas of responsibility including: Program Integration, Quality, Supply Chain, Sustainment, and Engineering • Work with Risk Management to identify and ameliorate pre-award phase program level risks • Support development of program documentation standards and processes, including EN responses; Co-author of style guide for all program documentation • Led 4-person review team for joint program SOW, completed review ahead of schedule, identified 1000+ issues in draft • Support subcontract working group with key supplier; chaired working group in VP’s absence • Analyze contract requirements for program management activities • Help develop FAR/DFAR requirements flow-down matrix for key supplier new to US Government requirements • Oversee program staffing activities: liaise with HR, functional leads, and Supply Chain to determine needs, track ongoing actions, and develop new strategies as needed; Grew team from 48 personnel to 110+ in six months • Develop program office staffing forecast for EMD phase of the program (6yrs) • Develop program labor cost model based on Program Office actuals, staffing plans, and forecasts • Liaise with Finance VP and Sr. Director to develop initial and ongoing program budgets
