Main advisor to the CO and key problem solver for Unit issues. • Human resources manager responsible for a workforce of 800, including all medical, welfare and discipline matters. Ensured the Unit was appropriately staffed and prepared to execute operations.
• Commanded 75 specialist personnel from across Army, Navy and RAF. Managed 10 direct reports. • Deployed on operations in 2021 and 2022.
