Perform Initial review of incoming contracts to identify any unfavorable terms or terms that vary from corporate standards. Review and negotiate subcontracts master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements and all other partnership agreements. Negotiate a wide variety of agreements with external vendors and suppliers. Analyze significant and or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations. Review/analyze RFP’s and IFB’s for government projects and identify any issues or concerns regarding bid process, deadlines or terms and conditions. Assist sales and management teams with customer negotiations on contract disputes or contentious terms.
