BSc from Loughborough University in Sport and Exercise Science. I chose to study at Loughborough as it is the best university in the world for sports related degrees and many of the lecturers are world reknowned in their fields. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree I received several scholarship offers to run track and cross country in the American collegiate system. This led me to the university of Wisconsin-Madison as it was a great fit both academically and athletically. I completed my masters degree in Kinesiology with a 3.9 GPA whilst also running competitively for the university.

I am fortunate enough to have a father who runs his own small business, in which the company develops and brands clothing for corporate companies and sports teams. As such I have worked under him in a more informal setting, occupying any roles that require help. This has ranged from simple tasks such as packing and delivering products to clients, to more skilled tasks such as partaking in online web developing classes to make small adjustments to the companies website. One of the more independent roles I occupied was making in person meetings at other local businesses to identify if we may be able to provide them with their corporate workwear. I was successful in this, generating several new clients. The differing tasks that need completing has also developed my skills in excel, adobe illustrator and photoshop, as well furthered my ability to be pragmatic and be part of a team.
As a way to supplement my income whilst studying I work as a freelance photographer, primarily taking photos for sports coaches and athletes to utilise for their promotion.
