I recently graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in accounting and am currently pursuing my master’s in accounting. I am passionate about continuing to grow in the field and building a strong career through hands-on experience, professional development, and new challenges. I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a practical, analytical mindset, and I take pride in being dependable and always looking to improve. Accounting / tax intern assisting with client tax preparation and document organization. Responsibilities included reviewing and organizing client source documents; entering tax information into professional tax software; preparing individual tax returns; reviewing W-2s, 1099s, brokerage statements, and other supporting documents; and helping track open items needed from clients. Also gained experience with tax workflow systems, Microsoft office , CCH, Wolters Kluwer, XCM, etc.
